H2O4U is an interactive, online educational game for middle school and high school students in Maricopa, Pima and Pinal counties. H2O4U combines learning with fun! Students can log in and out as many times as they like during October to complete the various activities. All information needed to answer the questions can be found within each activity screen.

Teachers

Teachers can register entire classes and use H2O4U as an in-class unit of study. It's even correlated to state education standards! A new 2008 feature allows teachers to track students' progress. The teachers with the most student finishers win $50 Barnes & Noble gift cards.

Students

Participants who live in Maricopa, Pima, or Pinal county, complete the entire game, and submit a consent form by November 15, 2008 will be entered in a drawing to win $1,000 educational scholarships to the university/technical school of their choice. There will be one middle school winner and one high school winner in Maricopa, Pima and Pinal counties (six total). In addition, the winners' schools will receive a new, state-of-the-art computer and flat screen monitor.
