Teacher Registration Form

This form will create your teacher account for the 2008 H2O4U educational activity. Once registered you will be able to log in at any time and add and delete student accounts. These accounts will allow your students to log in from anywhere to participate. You will be able to track their progress through the four (6th – 8th grades) or six (9th – 12th grades) games within H2O4U activity. Once registered, teachers will receive reminder emails when important H2O4U deadlines are approaching.

In addition, once launched on October 1, you will be able to work through the entire activity as many times as you like after logging into your account. Students who complete the entire activity and submit a parental consent form by November 15, 2008 will be entered in the scholarship drawing held in December. A link to the parental consent form PDF is available once logged in to a teacher account.

To be eligible to play students must currently be in 6th - 12th grade in Maricopa, Pima, or Pinal County and receive guardian consent to be entered in the scholarship drawing.

The teacher/administrator with the most registrants to finish the H2O4U activity will be awarded a $50 Barnes & Noble gift certificate.
